DESCRIPTION:Carolina Caring will conduct a workshop on Wednesday\, April 24th\, 11am- 12:30 p.m. at South Iredell Senior Center in recognition of the National Healthcare Decisions Day to inspire\, educate and empower individuals about the importance of advance care planning. Take advantage of this opportunity to get these important documents completed for free and put your medical health care wishes in place. There will be health care power of attorney and living will documents on site\, as well as free notary service for those who attend. It is especially important for people who have moved from out of state to be mindful of the importance of updating these forms to North Carolina documents. A light lunch will be included. Space is limited so please RSVP with a $1 donation to South Iredell Senior Center by Wed.\, April 17. The workshop is sponsored by Carolina Caring.
