DESCRIPTION:Learn how to save money\, eat healthier and reduce waste during a food preservation workshop held at the South Iredell Senior Center on Wed.\, Aug. 14. Pressure canner testing will take place from 1-2 p.m. followed by a presentation on food preservation from 2 - 3 p.m.  The workshop will be taught by Ann Simmons\, MS Extension Agent with The N.C.
