DESCRIPTION:Caregiving is stressful any time of the year\, but throw the holidays into the mix and it can be ?The Most Frazzled Time of the Year.? This workshop is designed to teach caregivers some interesting and creative ways to take the stress out of the Holiday Season. Come learn how to utilize these ideas to make caregiving less stressful all year long. To accommodate work schedules\, the program will take place at South Iredell Senior Center in Downtown Mooresville on Nov. 13 at 11 a.m. with a light lunch provided. Call 704-662-3337 to register for this event by November 10th. The program will be presented by Jackie Negley\, Iredell Council on Aging under the Family Caregiver Support Program.
