DESCRIPTION:Are you.....\n\nexperiencing leg pain that does not go away when you stop exercising?\n\nhaving trouble with foot or toe wounds that will not seem to heal?\n\nnoticing marked temperature changes in your lower leg or foot compared to the other or the rest of your body?\n\nIf you answer is yes to any of the above questions\, you could be displaying signs of Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD)\, which is the most common type of Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD). The most common cause of PAD is atherosclerosis\, a hardening and narrowing of the arteries and is most often fournd in the pelvis and legs.\n\nInterventional Radiologist\, Joseph A. Ciacci\, DO\, will be the keynote speaker for an informative session that will cover the signs and symptoms of PAD as well as treatment options. \n\nFollowing the presentation\, staff will be available for free P.A.D. screenings. \n\nLight refreshments will be served.
