SUMMARY:Mooresville-Lake Norman United Way Day of Caring
DESCRIPTION:The United Way\, Mooresville/Lake Norman is having their annual community Day of Caring on September 13.  We will have community-wide projects located in Mooresville\, Davidson\, Cornelius\, Huntersville and Statesville/Troutman.\n\nVolunteers of all ages are needed to help in our community.  Projects will  include but are not limited to schools\, parks\, non-profits and the elderly.  Most projects involve outdoor landscaping\, cleanup and painting.\n\nOn the Day of Caring there will be a special kickoff at the Cove Church\, 197 Langtree Road\, Mooresville\, 8:00am to receive a tee shirt\, project assignment and continental breakfast. Volunteers will then disperse to volunteer sites where projects will be performed from approximately 9:00am to noon.  There will be a coordinator at each project site to answer any questions.
