DESCRIPTION:The Senior Center will hold a volunteer workshop on Thurs.\, Oct. 29\, from 12:30-4:30 p.m. to make items for the grand opening of their Santa?s Gift Shop in November. This will be our last workshop\, so please see what Christmas items you can donate toward the sale. Please help us make this year?s gift shop a success. We take just about anything. If we can?t use it for the Santa?s Gift Shop\, we?ll place it in our Odds & Ends Sale. Items most needed include: Christmas items of any kind\, jewelry and gift items to go in gift baskets. All items must be clean and in good condition. No books\, broken items\, or clothes. Although\, hats\, gloves\, scarves and recipe books are accepted. If you?re talented\, consider making something to donate. If you would be willing to volunteer as a working elf please attend the workshop. Donations may be dropped off at the front desk of the Senior Center\, 202 N. Church St.\, Mooresville\, M-F 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Donation forms are available for tax purposes.
