LOCATION:9am-Noon at Mooresville High School Joe Popp Football Stadium\, 659 E. Center Ave\, Mooresville. An opening ceremony will feature that includes the singing of the national anthem and presentation of colors by JROTC units from Mooresville & South Iredell high schools.
