Automotive Maintenance for Seniors
If you are in need of learning the basics of maintaining your automobile or even small lawn equipment this FREE workshop is for you. Hosted by the South Iredell Senior Center and taught by Bill Allman, you will learn necessary basic maintenance. Topics will include: What you need to be able to do yourself, how to check things out, records your need to keep, what to do if the check engine light comes on, roadside service, tires/oil/fluids/filters/wipers/etc., how to find credible repair shops, and more. You are encouraged to bring a list of need to know questions. The workshop will be held on Thurs., Oct. 9 from 10 a.m.-noon. Late arrival is discouraged. Please call 704-662-3337 to register.
