BEEKEEPING

Beekeeper, Sean Mesewood, will speak on BEEKEEPING and the STATE OF OUR BEES, sponsored by the Lake Norman Wildlife Conservationists. An observation beehive will be onhand and discussion will be on the basics of setting up and caring of honeybees, their status and how they are threatened in the US. This is the last meeting of the of the Lake Norman Wildlife Conservationists before summer break so come hear about honeybees and the numberous conservation projects and opportunities to enjoy outdoors and activities planned throughout the season.
