Decisions, Decisions: A Presentation on Advance Care Planning
Catawba Regional Hospice staff will be presenting seminars on advance care planning. These sessions will help attendees understand the importance of documenting your health care wishes and sharing these decisions with family members and medical professionals in the event that they're needed.
