Chef Jon Spencer has skillfully paired a 4-course dinner for this evening. We would tell you what it is, but we don't want the Revenuers from the county busting in on our good times and expecting to be fed. Featuring Bourbon's: Basil Hayden, Maker's Mark 46, Knob Creek Single Barrel, Jim Beam Devil's Cut and Jim Beam Red Stag.
