-Opportunity for coaches and parents to experience the speed & agility and strength programs The Fieldhouse offers.

 

Will include demonstrations on:

    -How to properly change direction

    -How to increase power and explosiveness

    -Proper conditioning techniques

    -Strength programs

    -Injury prevention
