Thinking about becoming a Landlord? If so, this seminar will teach you the essentials that you should know before buying your first property. Taught by an experienced landlord, the seminar will help you complete a cash flow analysis, establish proce-dures for repair and maintenance, develop your leases and rental agreements, avoid legal trouble and effectively attract and select good tenants and terminate the bad tenants. A sample lease agreement will be provided.
