This hands-on course is focused on training managers to understand the budget process as well as measurements to ensure success. Participants will learn how to read and understand income statements and balance sheets. And how to improve on the accuracy of the financial reporting vie implemention of key disciplines including work-in-progress tracking, engineering change, cost of good sold detail and the difference between new and traditional accounting practices.
