Healthy Aging: Mind, Body & Spirit
We all want to age our best right? No one wants to age badly. Unfortunately, sometimes the choices we make and the things we do cause us to age badly. Join us for some enlightening information and encouraging tips that will help you to be your best, and therefore age your best. The program will take place on Thurs., June 30 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at South Iredell Senior Center. A light lunch will be included. To attend, please RSVP with a $1 donation to South Iredell Senior Center by Fri., June 24. No registration by phone.
