Taking care of yourself and living healthy has a direct correlation as to how well you age. Join Comfort Keepers on Thurs., Sept. 26 as they present a program on healthy living and learn how you can invest in your own health. A light lunch will be included. The program will be held at South Iredell Senior Center from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30. To attend, please RSVP with $1 to South Iredell Senior Center by Fri., Sept. 20. This program is sponsored by Comfort Keepers and is limited to the first 25 that register.
