Joe Miller and representatives from Cheap Joe's Arts Stuff in Charlotte and Boone will be at the Depot Visual Arts Center to meet and greet area artists. Joe Miller lives in Boone and is a member of the American Watercolor Society. This will be a great opportunity for artists to meet Joe and view the American Watercolor Society Travel Exhibit.
