Lowe's YMCA Insanity Kick Off
Are you ready to Dig Deeper? Join us at the Lowe's YMCA in Mooresville for an Insanity Kick-Off beginning at 1:30 PM in the gymnasium. We are going to do both the fitness test and then an actual 50-minute workout. Taught by Stephanie and Krista, both certifited Beach Body trainers, they will push you to the max. The cost for our members is $10, but non-Y members can participate as well for $20. Also, for your convenience, our child watch facility will be open and available.
