The purpose of the Town Hall meeting is for the Citizen Panel to provide up to date information to our community with regards to the purchase of MI-Connection. The Citizen Panel is comprised of Citizens that meet once a month to discuss viable solutions and information gathering in regards to MI-Connection.
Since the purchase of MI-Connection, the Panel has evaluated the purchase, the viability and the future of MI-Connection. The Citizen Panel will present to the Community some potential options that have been considered and evaluated as they relate to the future of MI-Connection. Following the presentation members of the Citizens Panel, Town Commissioners and representatives from MI-Connection will be available to answer any questions or concerns about MI-Connection. Donna Sada, Vice Chair of the Citizen Panel says, ?MI-Connection is a part of our town and we need to be sure as a community and as tax payers that all possible avenues are being explored to ensure what is best for the citizens of Mooresville is at the forefront.?
The Citizen Advisory Panel encourages all citizens to attend the Town Hall meeting. David Coble, Chair of the Citizen panel says, ?this is the perfect opportunity for Citizens to come and see what we have been working on for the past few months. Our community owns MI-Connection and, as a Community, we need to come together to make the situation as successful as possible.? He goes on to say ?it is my hope that many citizens attend the Town Hall Meeting and we can all be informed about where we stand and how we can best move forward successfully.?
