The type of class i will be teaching is Subtle Yoga Inspired (Gentle and Therapeutic)
Stephanie Berg is an RYT, completing her 200 hour teacher training with Kristine Kaoverii, Weber, founder of Subtle Yoga LLC. She teaches yoga at A New You in Mooresville, at CMC’s Live well Office in Charlotte, and also at Davidson College. She is a certified personal fitness trainer and has trained clients privately and in local fitness clubs for the last seven years. Stephanie discovered the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga while dealing with some anxiety and depression issues in her family. She provides a gentle and grounding approach to her yoga class. Participants of all levels will feel welcome in her subtle yoga-inspired class. She looks forward to sharing her love of yoga with others. $10 or 5 classes for $40
