National HealthCare Decisions Day - Public Information booth
Lake Norman Regional Medical Center and Palliative CareCenter and Hospice of Catawba Valley are promoting National Health Care Decisions Day by sponsoring a public information booth. The public is encouraged to come by and get free information and planning forms to complete Advanced Directives.
