Preparing Your Spiritual Table (a pre-Thanksgiving meditation) and Honoring of our Deceased Loved Ones .. presented by Joy
The holidays are the most difficult time of year when we have had a Loved One cross over. Even if the loss spans several years, the pain of missing them is magnified at this time. So, I have created a special guided meditation and ceremony with two components:
- Honoring our Deceased Loved Ones with a ceremony of Love and Acceptance, and a holding of the Sacred Space as a gathering point for their Divine Spirits. We will invite them to join in the second part of this event as our guides and mentors.
- Preparing our Spiritual Table by letting go of what no longer serves us and filling our Spiritual Plate with Shamanic concepts of Creativity, Determination and Understanding.
Friday, November 13th – 6:30pm to 7:45pm
Bring a photo of your Loved One, or a momento to place in the Sacred Circle of Divine Energy. Bring your drum or other instrument so you can participate in the “calling in of our ancestors.” This special event requires pre-registration and pre-payment as seating is limited.
Cost: $25 ($5 of each registration fee will be donated to educating young girls in Nepal via www.himalayanhands.org, a non-profit organization founded by Ahlara owner, Lynne Wiggins). Call 704.769.2524 to register.
