Starting with the basics is the general rule whenever I sit in front of a new group. Safety, proper-seated posture and proper breathing are reinforced. So many times I have observed classes where these essentials are taken for granted. Yoga is a path of moderation and patience and fortitude are virtues that are observed and fostered with compassion.
Classes meet the needs of the individual regardless of who is there. I consider this to be my forte’. 60 minutes
