Talei's New Year's Eve Mandala Flow class
This wonderful, heartfelt practice will move you to each sides of your mat. A mandala is a circle and is representative of the Universe. This moving practice will allow us to close out 2015, and move into 2016 fresh and energized. This is a 90 minute class.
