Women's Spirit Circle
Women's Spirit Group - First Monday of the month @ 7pm - FREE. Facilitated by Joni Stone. Our group meets once a month to create a safe, sacred space where we can come together and share our spirit, our dreams, our challenges with other like-minded women. This month Joni will lead some toning and vocal exercises. As individuals and a community, we will "Find Our Voice", as well as a relaxing guided meditation.
