The Harvard Business Review said it best when they wrote that “Changing Company Culture Requires a Movement, Not a Mandate”. A movement is a group of people working together to advance their shared ideas. It sounds so simple, but in practice creating a movement within an organization is an ongoing process that involves each and every person in the organization. Organizations large and small can create and maintain a culture that is ideal for their lines of work. We invite you to join us for a day focused on creating the movement within your organization, your team and yourself that will renovate and reinvigorate your culture. This is for every business and HR leader interested in creating or updating their engagement experience. Even with a well-designed culture and high levels of engagement, there are always new ideas to be implemented. During this interactive, facilitated dialogue will focus on the three levels of involvement required to create an engaged culture. A demonstrated model for success will be introduced and explained. The day will be led by three industry professionals with a proven track record of increasing organizational engagement. You will have the opportunity to share ideas and experiences and network with other professionals. Participants can expect to: Walk away with an engagement model and behaviors to support personal and organizational involvement Discuss cultural changes that can make or break organizational engagement initiatives Learn and apply the three levels of behavioral involvement and how they influence engagement and cultural change Lunch will be provided.
