Inexpensive and Creative Ways to Market Your Product Mitchell Community College and the Mooresville/South Iredell Chamber of Commerce will be co-sponsoring a seminar entitled ''Inexpensive and Creative Ways to Market Your Product'' on Tuesday, February 20, 2007. This seminar will meet from 12:00 * 3:00 p.m. in Room 107 of the Mooresville Center, 219 North Academy Street, Mooresville. Do you dread marketing? Many small business owners avoid marketing themselves, their product or services out of fear; then expect too much from advertising. But a small business tends to reflect the character and personality of its owner so marketing and networking are essential. Emily Balance, MEd, small business owner, Licensed Professional Counselor and speaker will take a look at many successful approaches * some conventional, some ''off the wall.'' She'll help you develop a creative marketing plan that works with your personality and that you feel comfortable implementing. You'll learn about five common obstacles to marketing and how you can overcome them. You'll leave with a new plan and some innovative marketing ideas and strategies that will help you grow your business. The presenter is Ms. Emily Ballance.
