In this class, we will identify and learn about twenty-one gemstones. We will examine different cultural uses of these stones and myths. Some of the most popular gemstones will be explored in this class such as Rose Quartz, Turquoise, Lapis Lazuli, Amethyst, Tigers-Eye, and many others. Samples of each stone will be available in class to experience their beauty and energy firsthand. Each student will get a set of seven pre-selected stones to take home.
