On Mon., Nov. 17 at 9 a.m. enjoy breakfast with your Senior Tar Heel Legislator, Denise Bair, as she informs us on the Legislative priorities presented by the Governor?s Advisory Council on Aging Recommendations. She will also give insight as to how the N.C. Tar Heel Legislature advocates on behalf of seniors, and how you can advocate for older adults and senior centers too. There will be an open dialog session so you can ask Mrs. Bair questions and give feedback about topics and issues that are important to you, such as the Older Americans Act.
