Phoenix Physical Therapy and Pure 24 Hour Fitness I have partner for a fall fitness open house featuring a open to the public group outdoor workout 8 to 9am followed by TRX and Spinning Super Set from 9:15 to10:15.  Phoenix Physical Therapy will be doing free injury clinics and demonstrating featured techniques of Dry-Needling and Cupping.  Charlotte Running Company will be doing running shoe fitting.  The event will feature children's games and activities, food trucks and multiple local venders.   Come
