Each Monday this one hour meditation will have two components. The first will bring through an activating form of meditation using sound, visualization, or breath to enhance your intuitive awareness or raise your "antennae", so to speak. This segment will also facilitate awakening of the inborn inner gifts of your soul, to be more of who you truly are. The second segment will be a deep stillness meditation which brings healing of the body and mind. Both segments of the Monday Meditations with Dr Leslie are non religious and are wonderful practical tools for enhanced balanced living, and also for accessing greater health of your physical body, mind, and enhanced awareness - regardless of your religion or spiritual practice.
