One hundred thirty-five years ago, early settlers in southern Iredell County organized a town from the Village of Moore's Siding. Their community spirit, talent and skill combined to develop a brisk economy for the 25 residents on March 3, 1873. Learn more about the events that brought these people together to establish homes, businesses, churches and community organizations here in Mooresville, NC. The program will be held on March 5th at 2pm in the South Iredell Senior Center in the Charles Mack Citizen Center, 215 N. Main Street in downtown Mooresville.
