Description
Unlike a Vinyasa based class in which students flow through poses, connecting with their breath, there are mostly static poses. You will experience Surya Namaskar, standing and seated postures, including twists and binds, backbends, inversions, and arm balances for core strength, flexibility, balance and concentration. Asanas in a hatha class are generally held longer than that of a Vinyasa flow class.
