Nothing brings in Valentine?s like learning how to keep your heart healthy! Join us in celebrating heart health as we learn what lifestyle changes we need to make to improve our heart health and reduce the risk of a heart attack. This educational program seeks to target individuals who are at high risk of having heart problems, but is open to all seniors age 60+. Lunch will be served. The program will be held at South Iredell Senior Center on Fri., Feb. 14 at 11:30, presented by AJ Kerley and sponsored by Comfort Keepers.
