Numbers are deceiving. It often seems you’re making good money, but where is it? The reality is that many business owners were never taught anything about running a business. They’re sort of figuring it out along the way. And one of the lowest items on the ‘to-do list’ is to look at the numbers, much less understand them.This workshop will be for small business owners and all about those numbers. You’ll learn:

• Which reports you should look at consistently
• What those reports tell you about your business, or not!
• When you should get into the data
• Where to find what really drives the numbers
• Who should be involved in the analysis
• and, How you can make improvements

It’s just math, which makes it logical. And that makes it simple. But simple only after you learn it.
