This unique event honors a members of the Lake Norman (and surrounding area) Commercial Real Estate industry who have demonstrated a long history of service to both the profession and our community. This year?s honoree, Rex Welton, has played a pivotal role in the development and tremendous growth of the Lake Norman Area. He is a partner/member of five development entities and has served as a volunteer on countless boards and committees in the Lake Norman and Charlotte areas.
