A fun class in the kitchen with other parents of preschoolers learning how to cook healthy and delicious food on a budget for your family! We are looking for families with children from 0-5 (siblings welcome)! Childcare will be provided! During the session: Parents will cook together with a volunteer chef trainer Get a recipe card to take home Take the food they cook home to enjoy Learn about: Nutrition Fundamental cooking skills Proper knife techniques Reading ingredient labels Making meals for a family on a budget
