Summer Solstice has always been a day full of sacred ceremony, ritual, and celebration in various cultures around the world, including those of many of our ancestors!
Whether you have been part of something on a larger scale or your ceremony is your own, or even if you've never understood or participated in the significance of Summer Solstice; we all have something special we can do on this day! There is so much energy and healing available to us at the time of Summer Solstice; and this celebration is a way for us to connect with each other around the deeper gifts of solstice and to share.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
* In this gathering we will have the opportunity to bask in the fading sunlight as we open our celebration outside in meditative silence.
*Together we will make a flower mandala on the sacred grandmother tree at Light House and honor the universal life-energy that comes through us all.
*When the sun moves through our sky, we will move indoors for some guided journaling where we may use this time to check in and see if we are still aligned with our intention for the year.
*There will be time to share and use the power of the group to help each other find peace with the past and present and clear vision for the future.
*As we close, we will share in one final meditation, connecting us to Mother Earth & Father Sky and giving us strength and focus to move forward.
