Join us this Saturday, May 8th from 12 to 2 for Mother/Daughter Partner Yoga. Spend one-on-one time and strengthen the bond with the mother figure in your life during this Mother's Day inspired workshop. The Mother/Daughter couple will support each other into gentle yoga postures, enjoy a guided meditation and end with a gentle Mother/Daughter massage.
