Team Performance U by PIT

Team Performance U is experiential team building using the concepts and examples offered by high performance motorsports pit crews to understand team work and communication in the world of business. Explore methods for achieving effectiveness through good team communication and how to manage cooperative conflicts, problem-solving, and decision-making. Put your skills into action as your team becomes its own pit crew and works towards continuous improvement over a series of pit stops.
