Nothing brings in Valentines season like learning how to keep your heart healthy! Attendees will learn what they can do to reduce their risk of a heart attack and what changes in their lifestyle they need to make to be heart healthy. The program will be held at the Senior Center on Fri., Feb. 9 at 12:30 p.m., sponsored by Cannon Pharmacy. A light lunch will be included. Please RSVP with a $1 donation to South Iredell Senior Center by Tues., Feb. 6.
