About Us

We blend professional mental health practice with Christian spiritual formation. Our counselors offer experience with adults, teenagers, and families struggling with life's troubles.

Our therapists are licensed by the state of North Carolina to provide counseling. We are trauma-informed therapists helping clients work through trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD and relationship issues.

We provide in-person as well as telehealth sessions. Our office is homey and inviting.

We do not use a one-size-fits all approach with our clients. We tailor our sessions to each individual client according to their strengths and needs.
