Design Element, Custom Signs and Graphics

About Us

Design Element was founded with a bold conviction: signage is not a commodity — it's communication design. We're not a print shop that happens to make signs. We're a full-service communication and environmental design firm that happens to know how to fabricate and install them.

We provide innovative design solutions ranging from simple logo and sign design for small businesses to full branded interior and exterior sign packages. If you are looking to transform or rebrand Illuminated or Non-Illuminated Signs, ADA Compliant Signs, Monument Signs, or Wayfinding Interior or Wall Signs for your business.

Started in Raleigh/Durham and now includes Mecklenburg, Mooresville-Lake Norman and South Carolina Area's, our team brings decades of combined experience in the communication and environmental design industry. We've partnered with everyone from local startups to Fortune 500 companies, always bringing the same level of care, creativity, and craftsmanship.
