Great American Self Storage of Lake Norman

I am the new property manager for Great American Self Storage of Lake Norman, which is set to open in September.  I bring a wealth of experience to the role, with a strong property management, real estate, and accounting background. My expertise is in project management, problem-solving, and leadership which will be invaluable as Great American Self Storage prepares to launch its new location.  My background includes real estate experience, where I conducted property listing analysis, real estate contracts, and marketing strategies. My multi-family leasing/property management expertise is also a valuable asset in my new role.  As Property Manager, I will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with company policies/regulations, and maintain the high customer service standards that Great American Self Storage is known for.
