This workshop offers education and practical tools to help calm the mind and body. Drawing from the latest research in neuroscience and incorporating techniques from both counseling and yoga practices, individuals will learn about the body?s stress response and learn how to manage anxiety and stress through cognitive restructuring, breathing exercises, mindfulness, yoga and other relaxation techniques. No yoga experience necessary. Yoga mats will be provided.
